yep...that is what my answer is too...i was confused the first time i saw him...but i take another look at him and saw him flat-chested(sorry for using this word, no other words to use) and he has the eyes of a man...
breast do not make a girl..... XD
but anime girls do...most of the girl anime characters ive seen has b... XD
