I was wondering if Kimimaro ever met Zabuza and Haku? I think they did but I'm not sure. Does anyone one know anything about this?

It could have not been mentioned in the manga because they didn't have the time or space to include it in the manga.

Who created the idea for Naruto the manga creators or the anime creators? The logical answer seems like the manga since it came out first but I just want to be 100% clear.

You do understand the meaning of filler don't you? An example would be the "Naruto rush to the arena" before the final bout of the Chuunin exam. That didn't happen, just a little extra info. Same as this.
