Well I started with pencil. But then I drew it again on a seperate sheet of paper using only a black permanet marker to make the lines.

here's mine, but it was rushed, i hope that this still counts even though i used his outfit and didn't make my own . . .

Yeah he does kinda look like he's on drugs. In the original idea he was on drugs but, I thought it would be kinda extreme.
