I say a tie between D. N. Angel and Mahou Sensei Negima. I like the manga Negima, but the anime artwork just sucks. And as far as D. N. Angel goes, I hate it all. But this isn't a place to flame the stories, so I'll stop here.

the most overrated anime (in terms of art) is not on the list above: It's Kare kano (his and her circumstances)... if u look at http://www.animetique.com u'll see that it was given a very high rating for art!!!1 if u watch kare kano, it's art is not even superior to hack://signs... however, kare kano's story is good

The only other one I saw as dn angel, which i wasn't thrilled with so I didn't vote.

I'd say Yugioh or Pokemon, if u consider them as such.

What I mean by overrated is the anime everyone always talks about is so good and so wonderful, but when you sit down and watch it, it completely sucks. Wherein, it has no plt, the art or voices are terrible, or it's just to repetitive.

Like I said, Yugioh. Everybody goes apeshit over how awesome it is. Its rather sickening. The plot sucks, the characters suck, everything sucks. I've watched maybe 30 episodes. Its disgusting and over rated.

really thought master negima sensei is overated because it is the creator of love hina and i am hundred percent sure they will be a lot of fanboys of that anime.

Pokemon, P.I.M.P.? Man I have to say that Dragonball GT is the most overrated anime ever, because it sucks. Then it would have to be Yu-gi-oh, because how can cards take over the world or kill people?!?!?!?!

By overrated I meant that you hear everyone talking about it and how good it is, and then once you watch it you're like, "This sucks!" (my reaction to D N Angel)

DNAngel is over rated. IT turned out to be some little kiddy romance shoujo thing.. how dissapointing...Dark looked so promising
