This is a few questions I need answering, so I hope you guys can help.

1) Who died at the end? Ed or Al? Cause I've heard of both characters dying from different sources, so I hope you guys can clear this up.

2) What exactly is the movie about?

3) Did Risa and Roy get married at the end or were they just shopping together?

4) Is it possible for another Scar to be created?

1- neither character died... in the end, Ed stole back his arm and leg when he came back through the gate and envy stabbed him, "killing him". Al used the stone to bring Ed's soul back, and since his arm and leg were back in the gate, he was able to bring them back to his body, and in doing so he disappeared, taking his soul to the gate. So now Al's body was complete in the gate. Ed used himself to bring back Al but because there is no such thing as equal trade (a body for a body) he had to use the memory of time they spent together searching for the stone as extra. he was able to escap through to the other side, but he again lost his arm. So really, neither of them died in the way of ceasing to be, cause they were both alive- just on different sides of the gate

2- i dont know what the movie is abaout, but i want to see it badly
3- just shopping together. she was helping him cause of what happened, but there is pertential and possibility that they are getting into a relationship.
4- no it isnt for another scar to be created... the tattoos on his arms were used and given to delay the eroding process of Al's suit, and thats why he began to become the philosiphers stone. Scar then blew up, so he could not pass anything else on. But i guess a different person could study and start again, like what scar's brother did originally.

well now i have a question if there really is no equivelant exchange how do they only alchemize stuff that are of value to another stuff o and i didn't get it when they said they used the souls on the other gate to use for alchemy or energy for alchemy

erm, you are not right. as i said, ed died but he was brought back by al using the stone and his soul was sent to the gate. Ed then used his body and was gonna sacrifice his life for Al's complete body but he did not die when that happened, as the other side of the gate isnt death. death is the gate itself. thats where the souls, minds, and body pieces stay. neither of them are dead, they are just on different sides of the gate, as you hear Ed say he doesnt know how he escaped, but he had lost his arm again.

@ Keitaro - the point of that was they need exact materials to make something (ie a broken radio) and they change that into the thing (ie a new fixed radio). But because you cant just change something like that without a third part (ie the actual process) you need the ingrediants, plus something else to get the final outcome. and the soul thing from the other side is because when the alchemists do their stuff, they open up a small gate inside them so they can take the energy they need from the other world. You know how they made the philosiphers stone on their side of the gate, well, they just use the souls as a hit of that to do what they need to do... but because they didnt know they are killing people on the other side (and for that matter, most dont even know about the gate) it doesnt bother them.

Ed died in his world, thats how he ended up in the other one. He sacrificed his life and Al's memory to save him.

i dont see how you can say that his death send him to the other side... if that was so, his mother would exist on the other side too. yes, he sacrificed himself to bring back Al, like i said , and like you said, and yes he left the alchemist side, but he didnt die to bring him back. if he has dies, his body would have remained the alchemist side (or inside the gate). he was suppost to die, yes, but you heard what he said, which is he escaped through to "our side". His existence was discontinued in his world, he didnt die.

I totally agree with u Moomunky.........al is not dead but who knows how to even reach the gate now that he has the limp metal arm on the other side of the gate?u cant use alchemy in the world his in so how do u think he would get to see al again....and yes yes i know that they should the rocket stuff at the end in all but i just dont think he ganna get back that way .......*u know moomunky*.....and what ....that was like in the early 1900's or something like 1920 some thing but what ever i dont know yet but ill be sure that ima see that movie thoo im out .......Killa

By the way, remember you guys saw Ed went to the other world (our world), and he got out of it by clapping his hands and came back. But maybe because his body was in the other side right? (just what to make sure if that how he got back to his world)

And i do say Ed is still alive....
