They have been advertising and forcing members of this forum to join another forum. They would tell the member that if they did not join the other forum, that they would ban them for a certian amount of time on here. So I am banning them both permanently for exccessively abusing their powers.

not to tell you how to run the site, but a perminant ban just for plugging another forum, and supposedly threatening to put bans isnt right... i think everyone deserves another chance... if you have that much of a problem with it, you could ban them for a week, and strip them of their power... all you will accomplish by this is make the thing between the two forums tense.

also, i cant see how you have proof of someone being forced into that situation... any ban they would do (if this is true) would be shown and you would need a legit reason for it... so i doubt they would have.

perminant ban does seem a bit harsh if this is their only offence. Removing their powers as mod may be in order though. Just my opinion.

I'm not arguing with Shino. I do however feel that it seems a tad harsh to perm ban. Maybe a 1 month ban and removal of mod powers.
