Ichigo has 2 lives I think. If he dies, he can get sent to the soul society, become another soul reaper, and have a second life?

if he dies in his natural body then he will go to soul society. But if he is killed while he is a soul reaper his soul will be destroyed and he will no longer exist. However i have a feeling that if ichigo is pushed close enough to death he will do a complete hollow transformation and kick the shit out of everything.

His Zanpakuto won't let Ichigo die that easily, and Hollow Ichigo also will not let Ichigo die. Furthermore, Orihime will probably do her "Reject Reality" shit, and all his other pals and such will give their lives to defend him.

Basically, Ichigo has a snowball's chance in Hell of dying right now.

It's an anime that kind of joins together the real world and a spirit world. And when the dead people becomes souls and haven't found their way to the soul society, the shinigami(soul reaper) go out to find them and send them on their way. But sometimes these evil monsters(hollows) find them first and attack them, then they themselves usually become hollows as well. The shinigamis also supposed to purify the hollows with their katanas(zanpakuto)

If Ichigo let the hollow inside loose while Ulquiorra and his friend came into the world to find him, himself commented he even have a problem of fighting Ichigo because the spike of reiatsu was higher than his spiritual power. He might become a problem for them.

If Ichigo turns into a full hollow, depending who kills him then he will be sent to Soul Society. Shinigami are there to purity the souls of hollows for them to be sent to the Soul Society. He would be a tough Hollow to fight, with the ability of a Shinigami and with hollow powers.

Dunno, I do know that in the Bleach movie: memories of nobody, it's stated that rarely does a shinigami remember their earthly lives. But that could be considered canon.

For Ichigo specifically I think that he might never die since he's already encountered Soul Society and become a shinigami. Urahara obviously has tech that converts Shinigami to living bodies and back to souls again. I think that the natural progression is to merge life, death, and rebirth somehow. Ichigo might be the one to do that. Or maybe it'll become a revelation somehow, like the big lesson behind the series is that what's important is friendship and living with your friends in the moment and not worrying about life, death, afterlife, or rebirth blah blah. lol

If he is killed he is dead. Sandal hat cut his spirit chain(Chain of fate or whatever) turning him into a soul in order to get Ichigo to recover is Deathgod powers.
