I base my opinion of the fact that Ichigo took on Byakuya and Kenpachi and somewhat beat them. He beat kenpachi with the help of Zangetsu and Byakuya with his hollow mask (even though he didnt REALLY beat him, if the fight was to continue with his mask then my guess is Byakuya would have been killed). So with this and the fact that Ichigo can barely defeat Grimjaw with his mask then im going to say that Ulquiorra could take on the other captains and possibly kill them except with Mayuri

Naw... If Byakuya releases Senbonzakura Kageyoshi's true form, then Ulquiorra's in trouble.

With Kenpachi, it'd be unfair to underestimate him... Underestimating the enemy is what got him and Byakuya in trouble with ichigo. Besides, who knows, he might already know his zanpakuto's name and can now go beyond shikai. Plus, Yachiru's tagging along. 13th Division Jūshirō Ukitake

Noted to be one of the STRONGEST captains with very few rivals in all soul society by Yammamoto himself. MEANING, stronger than almost ALL the captains.

Ukitake is one of the strongest of the captains, and he and Shunsui are revealed to have power surpassing previous and current generations.

1. You never seen him fight, so you can't judge his power at all. He along with Shunsui Kyōraku are the top two strongest captains. Once you show me what his Shikai or Bankai can do, then we'll talk about if he can or cannot own the shit out of Ulquiorra.

2. His sickness is only a type of tuberculosis and he is much stronger than he appears to be. He's had it all his life, and despite it, he's still considered one of the top two captains.

8th Division Shunsui Kyōraku

1. YET again,
General Yamamoto hints that Kyōraku, along with Ukitake and Yamamoto himself, are stronger than any other captain.
He was trained by Yamamoto himself along with Ukitake
2. YET again, he has yet to even display his shikai, let alone release bankai but still noted to be among the top 3 captains with Yamamato himself.

Ulquiorra watched the entire fight, he stated how Ichigo's power fluctuation, varies between very weak and stronger than his own. Than explain to me how Ichigo's abilities, which were "supposely" at 100 percent barely ripped the shirt off Ulquiorra's back? This is only giving more background as to how Ichigo has yet to reach his max potential and is only at about 20-30 percent done with his self training.

I want to make notice that I finally caved in and started reading the Bleach manga and I am currently caught up up to this chapter and I want to say I am glad I caved and started reading.

Byakuya, Mayuri, and Kenpachi (especially Kenpachi) just got more badass in my book. It was pretty cool how Mayuri was able to counter the espada's techniques yet I found it to be "too" convinient that he was able to put trackers and what not inside Ishida and know before hand about the techniques.

I am glad someone thinks of Soi Fon, Unohana, and Jushiro in the same way. I would like to think that Soi Fon has a Bankai, considering she is a captain, plus Unohana seems to be one of the senior Captains, like Yamamoto, Aizen, Kyoraku, and Ukitake. For that reason, it would seem reasonable that they would have some pretty strong power.

As for Mayuri not breaking a sweat. Theonly reason he didn't is because he spied on Ishida and Renji fighting him before he came out. He came up with a counter before Apollo even knew they were going to fight.

Yeah, i am sure that Ken has been training some what, but i highly doubt that he has gotten a power-up as strong as a Vizard Mask.

As i said earlier, the reason Ken can't hear his Zanpaktou's name is because his reaitsu is to strong and is clashing with his Zanpaktou. That means, for him to hear it, he would have to get control of his power or tone it down. That would make him as strong as a average captain in my opinion.

This was a great chapter now all that's left is noitora vs. zaraki lol i just noticed that while the attention was on zomari,bykuya,mayuri,and syzael that ken and noitora were most likley fighting for a long time so when we see the fight we will be disappointed because we missed lot's of action.

Noitora sucks. He uses underhanded schemes to boost his rank. Kenpachi has yet to even take off his eye patch and easily pushed Noitora aside. The fact that it took a second for Noitora to even get Kenpachi's attention also reflects how strong Kenpachi is. Once he easily over powers Noitora, Noitora will probably release and still get owned. It's not going to be plot protection once you see Noitora on the ground again.

when ichigo beat ken he had full resolve, was using all his power and zangetu's full power all in one strike. ken on the other hand was just enjoying himself, sure he was trying to win but he wasn't thinking I MUST WIN like ichigo. thats a huge difference in resolve and he just barely won. was also at materialization level at that point. now he finished banki but hasn't come close to mastering zangetsu, he only has the one attack still. he also got his mask but he is just barely able to use it for any length of time. ichigo has been doing the impossible since the beginning of the series and has many many power-ups to go before he is using half of his full potential power. since he has been in HM he hasn't had any real resolve yet so he hasn't been using all the power he is able to access.

He blocked Noitora's swing. Injured Ichigo did that. But we all saw what happened to Ichigo after that.

Ichigo blocked Nnoitra, but was sent flyin'.. And he thought "What an incredible brute strenght".. And what the first thought Ichigo had when he met Kenpachi.. The exact same...

Yeah, i am sure that Ken has been training some what, but i highly doubt that he has gotten a power-up as strong as a Vizard Mask.

Ichigo is powerful, but his strenghts are mostly based on speed, not brute power.. Both bankai and hollowpowers increases Ichigo's speed far greater than it increases his brute strenght.. It might be bold to say that Kenpachi has more brute strenght than Ichigo, because when it comes to push and shove, I do believe that Ichigo is stronger..

As i said earlier, the reason Ken can't hear his Zanpaktou's name is because his reaitsu is to strong and is clashing with his Zanpaktou. That means, for him to hear it, he would have to get control of his power or tone it down. That would make him as strong as a average captain in my opinion.

An average Captain.. That's got to be bad joke, right.. hah..

I remember Zangetsu said that clearly.. Kenpachi's sword screamin' and bla, bla and bla.. Kenpachi might have learned his Zanpakutou's name.. There are several ways for Kenpachi to have improved his skills.. I think you're seriously underestimatin' Kenpachi.. Hes far greater than some joke Captains like Tousen, and Komamura...

To say that he has enough to take on Noitora. That would also mean that he has enough to take on Vizard Ichigo.:cool:

Nah.. I wouldnt say that... What we've seen so far it seems to me like Kenpachi is the one to take down Nnoitra.. Kenpachi blocked Nnoitra's flyin' attack with ease, while Ichigo had great trouble blockin' Nnoitra's standard attacks..

Kenpachi might get in trouble once Nnoitra is in his released state.. But untill then Nnoitra in for the fight of his life..
