Several Reasons why this Fc is currently Inactive:
1. The Fc's on NL are becoming harder and harder to maintain and keep active anymore do to the laziness of members and several other factors, IE, members of their fc dont post in their own FC.

2. No Topic's all spam

3. At the Current stage of the manga, the current arc is sadly still a sasuke arc. Until theres another shika arc or some mention of action with shika in it in the manga, people will forget about shika regrettably and not want to join a fc on him.

A statistic I noticed on NF; I noticed post's in Sasuke fc's, Itachi Fc's. sharingan fc's. uchiha fc's in general gone up a LOT over the several chapters. Even posts in the sakura fc and sakuxsasu fc's on NF. Like I said, it mostly deals with the manga stage

Lazy? I dont think he is that lazy anymore, besides taking down an akatsuki member HIMSELF (Hidan) He leads the anbu basically in there plans, and always coordinates brilliant battle strategies and stealth among it.

While the manga portray's his character as laid back (his personalities lazy) I personally say that shika isnt all that lazy when he's really needed. I wouldnt call his actions lazy at all

hes not always lazy, yeah, and when hes really needed by his friends he goes into action. and yes, his stratagies are obviously amazing, and to say that is an understatement.

i agree w/ harrada. shika is perfect the way he is. if he did however have on of those traits, it'd be kool if he had the byakugan. but it definately wouldnt be shika enough, it'd just be too diff.

The Kyuubi and Shikamaru don't really match personalities because he's not quick to go nuts, but what would the story be like if he had Bykuygan, Sharingan, or another cool Bloodline Limit?

Shikamaru's leadership was awesome during the sound nin arc, his planning saved everyone for as long as posssible. That is awesome for a first mission as Chuunin, as Kakashi says... what a guy.

The set up of Hidan was perfect the second go round, that was honestly one of the most jacked points in the manga.

Its sad that Kishi wasted Hidan & Kazuku's characters, we know little about boths background, so why were they even fighting with the Akatsuki? Hidan especially, his style didn't seem like any jutsu, so I wonder what clan was he orignally from.

I think that Hidan lived on others Abilities and Jutsu , so , Imagine a Whole Clan like that ?
Narutoverse will be messed up .... maybe we will know more about Hidan and Kakuzu if a character appeared and has a connection with them .... I dunno

No. Unfortunitly it doesn't work like that. Anyone wanting to join the fc

and am almost constantly active everyday. I can make banners, and I
