What you mentioned didn't happen at all. Grimmjow and his fraccion came to the real world, not Nnoitra. Imo, I believe that Urahara is pretty formidable seeing how he's a former captain and a highly intelligent person in the area of technology.

if urahara is the shop owner then yea i think he is really strong. might be a little biast due to him pretty much being one of my top fav chars from the series due his attatude and jsut all around character.

I think he's thinking of Yammi's and Ulq's first encounter with Ichigo/Orihime/Chad/Urahara/Yourichi. I don't think Ulquiorra really fled out of fear or tactical disadvantage so much as it wasn't included in his mission to fight the two of them and possibly lose or sustain any damage.

To clarify an ongoing issue, Bleach power ranks aren't as simple as DBZ or even Naruto. For Shinigami, a Shikai is weaker than a Bankai, but a Captain who can use Bankai isn't necessarily stronger than a Vice-Captain who can't. It's pretty complicated. It more or less breaks down to the Shinigami ranks as level indicators. Anyone captain level or higher is pretty much on the same level and at that point it becomes about fighting and personal styles. It's almost like pokemon with all it's subcatagories of what's weaker or stronger than what and who's level plus strengths equal a good fight or a victory.

Uruhara is strong due to the last chapter release 316 i have come to the conclusion that he is more powerful then joshiro and sunshi.

Actually i don't re call what you are talking about but if it's ulqiorra and yammy then no ulqiorra left because of his orders. He said to ulqiorra" so are you going to run from me" Ulqiorra said" who's running my mission here is done".

Although i doubt ulqiorra would lose to uruhara.

ulquiorra will def lose to uruhara... and i think base on the last page of the 316 chapter aizen is pretty mad cos uruhara got the promotion.. and is it the lady cat they were referring to who got promoted to the zero level... if that is kunoichi since she is a royal guard man... the team of her and uruhara is gonna pawn everyone... i think the resason aizen sama hates the SS because of too much politics and he thinks he is better than those of the newly promoted catains
