hey, would it be ok if ppl on NL got to vote how long the person being banned gets banned?

in some cases that would take too long, if what the person did only deserved a day or two ban, it might take everyone 3 days to decide on the length. Just leave it to the mods, if the ban sentence is too harsh, or not harsh enough, ill step in and give my input.
