I think your math's a bit off. I only remember him fighting Oro once. Don't remember the second Kakashi owning too, assuming the first is the bell test. I also don't remember Naruto ever beating Sasuke, unfortunately. Also, even if you're right on all those counts, bring that total down to 15. Filler shit should never count in real discussions.

Itachi has owned Sasuke more then once, and everyone else has already corected u with Orochimaru so I'll let that be. Like ShinobiKnight said, filler shit don't count so go edit that, and that should cover it.

Orochimaru: Died because he was either sick or injured (can't remember which, but he was confined to bed rest; some help, please?), and even then, Sasuke didn't even kill him.
Itachi: His death was total bullshit IMO. One, he was afflicted by disease, and two, more importantly, he intended all along to die by Sasuke's hand. Had he really wanted to win, he would have.
Deidara: Went insane. 'Nuff said.
Zabuza: Was injured by Kakashi and lost his life due to Gato's betrayal. Also, before he died, he was more powerful than Sasuke, and he scared the shit out of the kid.

So in short, they lost their lives to circumstance, with Sasuke's continued existence being a direct effect of said circumstances. But more realistically, he's only alive because he still has a place in the plot, whereas the three before him were no longer needed.
