Am I the only person who found it annoying that Kakashi didn't have a flashback to Rin's death? He goes on and says that he failed Obito, but we don't see how.

The only reason I can imagine why is because her death is somehow significant to the plot. Maybe she's not dead and has hand amnesia all these years. I've been waiting for Kishimoto-san to pull that one out of his ass.

i think if he was gonna die we would have seen all hte flash backs but since his backflash was interupted by his dad he willl most likely not die his father will tell him he has a special ability (i.e. white chackra) and he'll survive somehow

I honestly doubt Rin will contribute anything important to the story at this point. We may see some flashbacks or something from Kakashi, but that's about it.

The thing with Naruto is that it's entirely possible for Kishi to pull something completely out of his ass in terms of the story and turn the whole thing upside down. I mean, look at Itachi's end. Seriously, he's suddenly a good guy who only did that stuff for his brother?

I mean Kishi could definitely pull something out of his ass with Rin and make her somehow significant if he wanted to. But I just don't see him doing that.

You know the promise between kakashi and obito right.. So it dosent make sense that he had failed in protecting rin because she died due to natural causes.

on the other hand, im still annoyed till now about this matter. There was absolutely nothing after gaiden about rin. About how they carried on after Obito's death and at the end of the third great ninja wars.

like somebody said, we ve got wait till kishi bombs this on us.

Oh and one more thing, since its confirmed that rin's dead. Ill just say this out. Any of u ever recall an episode, where kakashi was about to visit Obito's memorial when all of a sudden, this Anbu team drops by.
A girl with purple coloured hair asks him wether he ll be visiting.
I thought that was rin.

Anyways, dont be going on a wild episode chase, cuz, even i cant recall. i just need to say this out otherwise i wont feel satisfied.

Correct me if I'm wrong anybody, but I believe that person with the Anbu mark was the girlfriend of the original Proctor for the Chuunin Exams, Hayate Gekko.

No problem. Glad to clear that up...Hopefully Kishi can finally tell us, I'm just interested to see what exactly happened to Rin. Something drastic must have happened if Kakashi blamed himself for not saving her.

I can't wait for him to also tell us about Madara; I can't stand any more threads about Obito/Tobi/Madara stuff...Tell us already so we can stop these annoying threads!
