i also think pain may have few tricks but we must remember that while in SM naruto have his stats up - way up, rinengan give his user ability to use every chakra tipe but that is basicly it, and this is not even nagato fighting but his half dead pupet,

naruto will have to fight nagato one day and i dont think that pain should be able to be real threat to naruto while he is in SM, it wouldnt make sence ^^

I know in their original forms, all them having the same hair color would seem strange, unless there is some deeper connection between the bodies of Pain than we know. Maybe it's one of those wierd power limitations. He can only use the bodies of red-heads. Like how Marik, from Yu-Gi-Oh, can only use mind control on men named "Steve". And women named "Steve"; but, trust me, those are hard to come by.

I don't think any of the eye techs can tell because the shadow clone jutsu splits the users chakra between each clone, so you can see the chakra but you can't tell which is which.

Sharingan can't tell the difference either. Kage bushins are an exact copy of the original.

Has someone done this before? I thought the jutsu did it, or are you saying that one clone uses some chakra and thus has less than the rest of them?

I wouldnt wouldnt say the rinnegan isnt weak just yet. The only thing its doing right now is being used to transmigrate chakra and mind into pupets. I have a feeling that when pain dies and nagato appears. We will all see a whole new level of power and doujutsus. I mean, its understand able that 1/6th of the power of the rinnegan cant tell the differance between bushins IMO.

I don't want to say that the rinnegan is weak, but it is more like a ton of strength. Besides the type of move that naruto's clones are is just that advanced. Your not meant to tell the differance, it essentaily makes each one equal. The only differance is if you can hit a clone with enough damage that it will disperse.

Im thinking the only way to differentiate KBs from the real one would be for a doujutsu to be able to see life energy as well as chakra. IMO, the rinnegan at full power might somehow have the power since its the Transmigration eye. Meaning it can see life force as clearly as chakra or something along those lines.

Ok, I will go with what your saying. It could work, but if Naruto is somewhere else completly and Nagato/Pain has never seen Naruto (Or his chakra) then how is he able to tell the differance? If he never sees the original that how could he know what Naruto's life energy/force looks like? This is still going off of the idea that the KBs are different some how.

Its either that Nagato traveled across the world, collecting shinobi with special abilities (Ninjutsu absorbtion for example) and used their bodies for his Rinnegan experimentation. He uses the corpses to his advantage and takes control of their natural abilities through his abilities to control dead corpses.

these abilities are all of the shinboi's i bet the only jutsu thats nagato's was said by konan to be shinara tensei. if u think about it none of the others used any ninjutsu they used some weird abilities which belong to them most likely.

I agree. Each one of Pain's bodies have a single special ability and defined purpose (although that doesn't seem to hold true for his Deva Path body), and he coordinates his multiple selves together via their eyes.
