i was under the impression from what was said in the arc was that that was used for hollows to protect their own and they were unreachable once enclosed withing it.

i don't believe this was meant literally as in they had hollow powers and more to the fact that they had joined forces with them.

as far as i can tell there has been no indication to say that they have hollowfied themselves (though it would seem logical as aizen does want to break the limits of a shinigamis powers and this would be the way to go forward)

They haven't said whether Aizen, Tousen, and Gin are Vizards. You've only seen Tousen's Bankai. IF they have hollow powers then they would be ridiculously strong. Remember Tousen took down most of the current Vizards who were all capt and vice captain levels by himself and Gin killed a 3rd seat in the first year as a shinigami without hollow powers 100+ years ago.
