.....2/10. the porportions are COMPLETELY askew. if you use porportions, you can get a lot better alot faster. here are some sites you may find useful in helping you work on you proportions. ^^

hmmm the hair looks brill, but the face looks a bit funny...no offence, also the waist, as mentioned before is to slim, and the arms are in a awkward position
