Anybody else hear about WB purchasing rights for a Bleach movie? Attack of the Show reported it a day or two ago. I imagine it will be a live action film. If it was an anime it would come from a japanese studio wouldn't it?

Oh dear god. This movies probably going to be as fail as Dragon ball Evolution. Its probably going to be so off the orginal story that theyre going to rename the movie Oxiclean: with smidge of BLEACH.....

DB evolution didn't even deserve its name. It was an abortion that was passed on unfortunately. I can see them raping Bleach as well. It makes you wonder how they can fuck it up so badly. If i owned the rights i would screen my buyers a bit better. Its like they take everything that made the series popular and throw it out the window. How can that happen?

The only good thing about this is,that If they fail,they will fail so unbelievable hard that they think twice next time before they buy rights just to make more money out of a popular anime and ruin it completely with a friggin movie of theirs.

I think it would be awesome. I would watch it as long as it had good production. If they made a Naruto live action, it would have to be as well-choreographed and produced as well as Ninja Assassin.

^I agree about Ninja Assassin. It was a great movie. I was actually in the test audience for it almost a year b4 it was released. It wasn't even complete and was missing a lot of the cgi and it still kicked ass. I would be excited about a bleach movie done as well as NA.

Also, you people are retards. It's probably backing for another anime movie, if anything. Warner Bros. does produce Japan only films, like the Ultra Galaxy Legend movie that came out a few months ago. It's probably bought the rights to Bleach to gain a bigger foothold in the Japanese market.

These are movie done very well action/cinematography very well that could translate into Bleach action wise.
