I'll have to go with Shino cause he doesn't really use chakura he uses bugs so Neji can't really hurt him

This is probably the hardest yet. Neji could defend himslef from the bus using his rotating move, but shino could wait for an opening. Shino has better attack but Neji better defence. hmmmm......

Although I can't imagine how to beat Shino's bugs, I still think Neji would win. I just know he'll find a way to beat Shino. :D He's not called a genius for nothing.
