Seen how much does it cost, and where can I buy it ?

depends on where u buy it, if u buy it from bestbuy the dvds around $20 and the dvd with the box is around $25. i buy mostly all my dvds form bestbuy its the best place to buy anime. and if u buy it somewhere else like suncoast then the dvd is around $29.95 and the dvd with the box is around 34.95.
and the manga is around $10 each. i know its a little expense but like i always say its worth it!

until u get tired of the anime i'd rather download from Bt than spend 20-40 dollars

Well if it's really worth the cash and it is a good anime, i wouldnt mind spending cash on it. I have quite a few sets at home such as Hunter x hunter, and cow boy bepop.
