i think genuis cause i am lazy lol....but hard work is cool in time it surpasses genuis i think unless the genuis works just as hard..!! soo maybe hard work and genuis is the best..!!!

it's better to be a genius but realize that it's not enough to make yourself a good ninja. therefore, you'd sitll have to work to get better. only, you'd do it faster...since ur a genius after all~~

I think there is no point on being a genius if you don't take advantage of that with hard work.
For example if neji did the hard work that lee did he would be way stronger.
But only with hard work you don't get to the top...

I prefer Genius. If you are a Genius then you can surpass anything. Hard Work does have its limits that why I prefer Genius.

Well, you can't be a genius without a LOT of hard work. A common misconception is that a genius knows all the answers. And they don't. No one knows everything. A genius just knows how and where to find the answers. And that takes hard work. You can't have one without the other.

i think each of them complete the other if the genuis didn't give hard work then his ability will decrease or it will be the same .. but i think the genuis has bigger chance

I think it depends on the individual. Hard work and genius can both surpass each other. Being a genius isn't a boundary that actually defines which one is stronger, but sometimes hard work might still not be enough. The determination contributes to the final results as well.

Why would you want to waste energy working hard if you could just be a genius? Take a few pointers from Shikamaru and be lazy. And if you want to be even more of a genius, do what most people would be smart enough to figure out.
