I am watching episode 73, where the giant snakes are attacking Konoha village, Jiraiya just did a summoning technique, where a hige frog appears and flattens the snakes killing them. Does anyone know if Naruto can summon this same frog with the contract he has already filled out, also why didn't he summon this frog (Sand Destroyer) when he fought in the 3 Sannin battle. This frog appears to be bigger than Gambunta, it also carries two short swords, and is green.

i think naruto can summon it but still doesnt know how, and maybe the reason why jiraiya summoned gamabunta instead of the sand destroyer is because gama bunta is stronger and much more experienced, he isn't called the frog boss (gama oyabun) for nothing right?? :]

I suppose your right, it's just that two swords deffinitely would have come in handy against that dangerous snake.

No Jiraiya summons the green frog/toad but Naruto has only summoned Gambunta. Can Naruto sign more contracts so that he can summon more things, because if so he should see if he can sign the contract to use the dogs Kakashi has.

Shoot if so, I woul sign a bunch of contracts and have a stable of "things" at my disposal, for every possible encounter.

Ya same here, I really like that money king guy because he can do like nin techniques because he has hands and stuff, he can also maybe train a nin.

i think wen sombody signs a new contract the older contract gets broken thats y all the nins can only summon one type of monster.....just a thought

I think one contract covers the "Frog" species. Other contracts i.e. snakes, snails, gerbils etc. would allow you to summon from weak (tadpole) to strong (species' boss) according to your skill, chakura level and knowledge of who is available. Kinda like a General picking a soldier to fight... "Ok.. med. size snake... hmmmm... got it, I will summon... Koma-the twin sword frog!" If you summoned Gamabunta, everytime and for small tasks, he would get pissed!!! I think if the story line become spread out for years you would see the son of Gamabunta become the friend of Naruto and have his own power/str and becomes the friend of the Hokage Naruto, helping to save the village in the future.

No this frog or toad was even bigger than Gambunta, plus he seemed very happy with a smile on his face. That would be cool if the various little frogs that Naruto sometimes summons grow up and help him out like Gambunta and Jiraiya.

Naruto has a contract to summon frogs of all shapes and sizes. Naruto could probably summon it if he knew how. Jiraiya has probably had this contract since he was a kid so he knows which frogs to use and when. Like when Kisame tried to attack Naruto, he summoned a litte frog, and that time when Naruto first met him he was on a frog of a differnt size. So I think that there are differnt types of frogs for differnt uses, like the Food Cart Destroyer, maybe there's a Leaper of Mountains or something that are used for long distance travels or something else along those lines. So in short, I think that Naruto can summon it but Jiraiya hasn't taught him how to do it yet.
