Is this language hard to learn? I'm half filipino and I was going to ask my Mum to teach me but I'm not so sure whether it is hard or easy to learn..

i don't know, but being a half-filipino it's good for you to learn it. you can visit the thread i made here (the official tambayan one) and ask me or anyone there or you can try out some words you know. you can post there in english or tagalog. and btw, the correct equation is tagalog + english = taglish, lol

actually, kumusta is "how are you" taken from spanish words "como esta". we greet as hi and hello.
