I am almost done watching Naruto series up to 194. I am currently on 182 as of now.

Is there any anime that is very close to Naruto? Thanks. This is quite my first time watching anime. Actually, I dont know alot of anime series to watch. I like Naruto alot, so I am wondering if there is any anime series closer to Naruto. Thanks.

do you mean like with ninjas? well i would recommend bleach but it doesn't deal with ninjas =/

..... What's closer to Naruto compared to Naruto? Your questions pretty much contradicts itself.

I recommend Bleach, FMA, FMP, Eureka Seven. Most people that watch Naruto like these series.
Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai Deeper Kyo.... depends what you're into.

just started bleach, but i liked FMA, watching eureka 7, naruto is still the best
