you should have put this in the Naruto section o_o

anyways:

the Hyuuga clan, mainly because they have really good chakra control (like Jyuuken and Kaiten), plus the Byakugan helps a lot too.

I already answered a thread exactly like this in the Naruto section. If you make a thread in the right section, what's the point of making an identical one in a wrong section?
