Pirates of the Carribean: To World's End

Some spoilers.

Quote:

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is the third part of the trilogy initiated by the 2003 film Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and followed by the 2006 film Dead Man's Chest. At World's End is directed by Gore Verbinski, who directed the previous two. The film's cast includes returnees Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley, Orlando Bloom, Bill Nighy, Geoffrey Rush, and Jack Davenport. Chow Yun-Fat makes his first appearance in the franchise as the film's antagonist. Disney has announced a global release date of May 25, 2007.

At the end of Dead Man's Chest, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, and their company find refuge with Tia Dalma, who offers the opportunity to embark on a journey to rescue Captain Jack Sparrow from his watery grave. Tia Dalma announces the need for a captain that will guide them to "worlds end", prompting the appearance of Captain Barbossa, believed to have been dead. The second film ended there.Pirates of the Caribbean: World's End, the spot on the map that remains undiscovered, the area where charted waters disappear and sailors are forced to deal with the, well, the world's end. According to maritine legend, the world's end is where you'll find all sorts of giant monsters and devious dangers.

Tia Dalma, who resurrected Barbossa after he had been killed in the first film, helps Sparrow find rebirth. The ensemble joins forces to rescue Captain Jack Sparrow and Bootstrap Bill Turner and defeat the alliance between Davy Jones, Cutler Beckett, admiral James Norrington, and a new enemy, Sao Feng.Jack Sparrow is also antagonistic towards Barbossa.[2] According to director Gore Verbinski, "Piracy itself is at stake. It's like the railroad coming to the West. There will be a conference of the world's pirate leaders and a treacherous journey to the literal 'worlds end'."

So this Sao Feng is either a Chinese or Mongol sailor. That should be interesting.

Dead Man's Chest kicked ass, and I hope this one does better than that. I'm really looking forward to it.

Wonder how they'll incorporate more enemies in this "final" pirate movie? Espcially within a 2 1/2 hour time span.
