Rules on posting weekly episode threads
 

Alot of people have been griping about how unfair it is for certain people to make episode threads without even so much as a RAW and for them to be quite aggressive at doing it.

To solve our problems here are a few rules regarding both the thread poster AND the people who post within:

Thread Creator:

• You may not claim or post a thread until a RAW has been released from http://bt.saiyaman.info. Doing so will prevent something like the Naruto Spuuden 6-7 debacle where someone posted the thread one week before the actual episode was out from happening again. The bt from saiyaman is not released until atleast 9:30AM Central Standard Time. Anything posted before 8:00Am CST will be auto banned, otherwise it will be checked.

• You must make an organized thread that has a section for atleast the RAW and subbed torrent. Anything extra is fine as long as there is no spoilers in it.

Poster:

• Do not bitch about not being the first to post (even if the thread poster violates the rules above) the thread. Such things are unneeded and are SPAM. This goes for everyone.
• IF you were the one who "always" posts the threads and someone beats you to it, do not bitch. This includes PM.
• Do not post spoilers outside "spoiler tags"
  

Punishment:
All rules carry the same punishment. Here is how it works

1st offense - 1 Day ban
2nd offense - 3 Day ban
3rd offense - 7 day ban
4th offense - 2 week ban
5th offense - 1 month ban
6th offense - God help you...Perm ban

I know this sounds ruff, but you people need to quit being cyber squatters and thread bitchers. This is your warning. There will be no such thing again.
