The Greater Shinobi World II FC
 

Before i start, i'd like to explain a few of the key rules you will need to follow to keep this FC alive and running.

General list of rules and procedures to follow:

█ No Flaming!
█ Double posting and spam are not allowed.
█ You must be recognized as a member by either me or GAma_Oyabun to become an official member; else you will be treated and dealt with as a mere troll
█ Be nice and make as many friends as possible

GSWII Rules and Ideas:
█ No God moding - You cannot be invulnerable to damage
█ A village is allowed a maximum of 50 shinobi
of which.......
+ 70% will have to be chunnin level or under
+ 30% will be jounin leveL, kage level + ANBU
(from this you can see that the majority are genins and you have a small number of very strong nins. Why is this? We want to keep a good database of everyone's abilities - the greater number of strong shinobi, the more disorder.
█ You can create separate teams within your village (i.e., ANBU, Akatsuki of the Crown Village, etc..)
█ Your village must have its own unique name
█ Your kage must be named (i.e, kazekage, mizukage, dakukage, hokage, fanage, Lugage, Laguge etc..)
█ You must list your village nins' abilities, weapons used, and bloodline limits before proceeding to do battle with anyone {On the frontpage I will list the page number(s) in which you've explained your village abilities and etc.}
█ A Maximum of 3 bloodline limits are allowed per village. You can have nins with bloodline limits from another village.
█ Legendary status is gained by an increase of rank in GSWII which will be explained later on
█ You are allowed to form alliances and train in another village. A maximum of 3 alliances can be made.
█ You cannot use space/time jutsu if you have not won at least 10 battles. Even then only your kage will be allowed to use these special type of techniques.

You know what, i guess the judges will decide on what is what... The Judges will be chosen, we will choose who are appropriate for the position.

But you must describe the attack/jutsu/defensive.
E.g. Kirin
Offensive - 10
Defensive - 5
Element - lightning
-other information


If offensive + defensive >15 then it means that the jutsu is A-class or S-class. A normal high level jounin shinobi should be limited to 2 of these. A kage will be allowed 3.



Ranks and Prizes
█ Rank will be gained by battle wins.
█ The rank you need to call your village prosperous and powerful will be level 4.

This is how it is done...
lvl 1 ----- win zero battles

lvl 2 ----- win one battle (in total)

lvl 3 ----- win 3 battles

lvl 4 ----- win 6 battles (considered a prosperous and strong village at this point)

lvl 5 ----- win 10 battles (Your kage will be allowed to use space/time jutsu with limitations)

lvl 6 ----- win 15 battles (Considered God of all Shinobi and given ownership privileges of FC and other rewards)

█ At the end of the battle, the opponents and their allies will rep each other to their liking (This is your choice).

nice layout man i give u props the leveling system is a bit different than i suggested if u like it u can keep it tho

Alright, so i'll start with my village information,

Village of the Phoenix Ashes

Kage name: Plytokage

Village Specialization:
Elements: Fire, Earth, Dark type/illusion
Jutsu used -

Jounins - 14
Kage - 1

Details about my Kage....

His name is hidden
-mostly uses dark type moves, blending in with the night (Strongest in the night)
and using genjutsu to trap opponents and defeat them.
-powerful jutsu user
-vast variety of jutsu knowledge
-large chakra pool
-fast
-A powerful kage
-medical nin
-can use summons
-Bloodline limit - Garudak (will be explained later)


Servants of the Great Phoenix (ANBU) -
Fight in teams of 2
5 teams altogether with special abilities that will be explained later on when they do battle

Jounins-
Your average level jounins

Chuunins, genins, etc.. will not take part in wars but will be used as subordinates and reinforcement to increase number of men on the field.

Bloodline limits -
Garudak - Gives full control of the Phoenix Sword
Cytogan - bloodline limit (doujutsu) giving the ability to use ice, wood, and any element.
Tyflozen - bloodline limit (non-doujutsu) gives ability to materialize into anything of the person's choosing. E.g., blend into water, fire, Turn self to lightning clouds,etc..

Weapons
=======

Phoenix Sword - a powerful sword that whips large amounts of chakra at the opponent. The sword is a reservoir for chakra. If ever the user runs out of chakra, the phoenix sword can lend a hand, giving some chakra (limited to only 1 use per battle)
T-Garuda-Knife: Fast as lightning, this kunai like weapon paralyzes teh opponent the instant it is hit. A type of death poison is also inserted into the opponents skin.
Necklace of healing - worn by the kage and gives the ability to revive a dead shinobi. (Can only be used once in life)

Kunai, various other normal shinobi weapons...

great new village you've made. i think your bloodlines have good effects but maybe we should simplify it so its easier to judge in battle.

--garudak- phoenix sword--
abilities: 1) gives user a longer reach towards opponent +5
2) allows one full chakra replenish
3) damage increase +5

---Cytogan--
abilities: 1) allows manipulation phoenix chakra (combination of the elements)
2) phoenix chakra lasts 3 attack phases and gives damage increase of +3 , speed increase +3, intensifies ninjutsu attacks +3, user also gets protection from ninjutsu attacks +3

-----tyflozen----
abilities: 1) allows user to manipulate the phoenix chakra
2) depending on the element the user gets a different stat bonus:
fire- damage increase +6
water- defense increase +3, chakra increase +3
wind- damage increase +4, speed increase +2
earth- defense increase +6
lightning- speed increase +6

special buffs, combination elements:
wind+water= ice : gives +6 chakra, gives +6 damage
earth+water= wood : gives +8 defense, gives +4 chakra

i gave each bonus a number the highest being 15 im thinking so we can calculate damage easier. sorry i changed some of your things but what do you think? i think it would be better if we get each others opinion on the village and balance it out before we use it. i'll post my village soon

ok thanks for feedback. mm im thinking the numbers are more to give an idea of how much power you have so we can modify it. i agree with the +15 on being s class jutsus thats a good idea too. so next post i'll put my village. everythings neater now lol good job

Hidden Village of the Dragons

Leader: RyuKage

elements: ice, wind, fire

Shinobi force: 10% genin
60% chunin
10% jonin
10% special forces
10% dragon guardian

Blood lines:

1) Dragon Link: all shinobi chunin or above should have attained the special bloodline limit of dragon link. they are able to sense their brethren through the special chakra that they share. when activated in a group the group gets a combined shared chakra pool and the damage they take is evenly distributed among the users

2) Dragons Heart: only a high level shinobi will be about to unlock the dragon heart. after he has spent years realizing his true powers in the dragon link state he is able to bring the chakra into visable form, in the form of ice or fire. only a few ninja considered as genius' have obtained the ice dragons heart. the fire dragon heart allows the user to breath fire without the use of hand seals. the dragon heart enhances the ninja physically and he is able to move with more agility, and is able to fight longer and harder. fire dragons heart further increases the dragon link ability in making the bond stronger.

Ice Dragon Heart- the ability to breath a cold flame, it protects the user at all costs the ability to generate an ice shield. the ice dragon heart user is slower than the fire dragon user. but the mind is cleared and perception is greatly increased. the power of the ice dragon is much more than the fire dragon. the idea is strength over speed.

There are 5 strategists made of Chuunin and Jounin to help strategize during times of War. They are some of the smartest in the World.

Details about my Kage....
Nobody knows his real name besides his closest advisors. He is simply known as the "Hurricane".
-Known for his fearsome speed and powerful jutsu..
-can blend the elements Water and Wind together to form Mini Hurricanes
-vast variety of jutsu knowledge
-large chakra pool
-mastered 3 elements
-A powerful kage
-Summons Hawk's
-Bloodline limit - Takagan[Hawk Eye]
,Gufuugan[Hurricane Recomposition]

Hawk Guardians[ANBU]-
Fight in platoons of 3
5 teams
Each Hawk member has a special ability and/or a bloodline
They are truly fearsome in battle

Jounins-
8 are exceptional and are extremely capable
8 are average but still very strong and smart
8 of the Jounins have a genin apprentice
Chuunins, genins, etc.. will not take part in wars unless in dire need.
Each genin is Apprenticed to a Jounin and gets 1 on 1 training, but go on missions with other teams to promote companionabilty and teamwork.

Bloodline limits -
Takagan- It allows us to see much farther than any other being alive. This made us great assassins. Takagan may be used by any shinobi of the sky. using the Takagan allows one extra dodge move during the defense phase. allows the user to have almost inhuman speed, giving the user the capability to use the village taijutsu styles Tamaken and the Kazeken
Fukugan - bloodline limit (doujutsu) There are 3 levels to the Fukugan.
1st Level-Create genjutsus by just looking at someone
2nd Level-Create genjutsus by just looking at someone; and the ability to copy jutsus c-class and below
3rd Level-Create genjutsus by just looking at someone; and the ability to copy jutsus c-class and below; fools opponents trapping them in a genjutsu making them think everything they do is being copied,even bloodline jutsus
Gufuugan - bloodline limit (non-doujutsu) gives ability to form Hurricanes by joining the elements Water and Wind together.

Weapons
=======

Wind Sword- A powerful sword that only Shinobi with the highest mastery of wind can use. They form a chakra blade made of Wind that is sharper than any sword known to man.
Katana- Worn by the Hawk Guardians.
Staff- Not used by many, only by users most talented in the art of Boujutsu
Village only special Kunai, shuriken, etc...

Bloodline limits -
Takagan- It allows us to see much farther than any other being alive. This made us great assassins. Increases speed to almost inhuman capabilities to use in family’s taijustu
styles, Tamaken(Bullet Fist) and Kazeken(Wind fist).

takagan may be used by any shinobi of the sky. using the takagan allows one extra dodge move during the defense phase. allows the user to use the tamaken and the kazeken

Fukugan - bloodline limit (doujutsu) giving the ability to copy any jutsu, regardless of Kekkai Genkai

a bit too cheap, this is like sharingan+what it cant do. i suggest u re write this bloodline because taking other peoples jutsu isnt really fair. wat i can see happening is this: fukugan is the wind of illusions, its a powerful genjutsu in the eyes that fools enemies into thinking their own jutsu's are being replicated , even blood line limits
-distracts targeted enemy
Greater fukugan- distracts groups of enemies (can only be used by wind guardians and the kage) <----if u dont like this u can change it we're tryin to be flexible

Gufuugan - bloodline limit (non-doujutsu) gives ability to form Hurricanes by joining the elements Water and Wind together.

good bloodline
gufuugan: 1) ability to manipulate hurricane chakra without using hand seals
2) increase chakra by 3 increases attack damage by 3
4) ability to form the hurricane jutsu dealing a random damage from 5 power to 10 power


so wat do u think? balanced enough? u can comment on mine too if u like

btw the numbers are just so u can imagine how much damage u do. its just so we can put it in writing, they dont mean much. anything can be changed too so dont feel constricted.
