Naruto wasn't even around when I was 12, hell tbh I didn't even know wtf forums were. Back then I can't even recall what computers were around, it was a long time ago.

I don't think I started using the interwebs for more then school assignments till I was eighteenish. Not counting AIM. I think I started using that when I was fifteenish. Only cause that's how all my friends communicated.

This was one of the first forums I had ever signed up on. I had no clue what the fuck I was doing and didn't know any interwebs lingo, but that shit is easy enough to figure out.

I've building computers since the 486 processor was the king, and I've been on BBS and Usenet since 1995. Actual forum useage in earnest effort since 2002 with a few NGE specific forums.

I don't actually remember when I started using the Internet frequently, but it was a lot younger than most of you guys. Single-digit age, I'm sure. Started out when my brother introduced me to GameTalk, a site with seperate forums for every game imaginable; specifically, I started out on a forum for a PSone Yugioh game, but then I found GT's equivalent of a Spam Zone. If it gives you an idea of how lame we were back then, my brother's name there was mysterio425 - so that on the off-chance the girl he had a crush on went there, she wouldn't know it was him.
Somewhere along the way, I got enticed into going to Gaia Online. My name there was FlameBoltWave, which I changed a year or two later to Departed Memories, which isn't really much of a step up. If you know what Gaia Online is, you know it sucks, and that most people there are fucking morons, but being one of those morons, I was too stupid to realize it. Even the people on Gaia who consider themselves better than the noobs are still lame.
Eventually I stopped going for two reasons; one, it was sucking up my precious free time, and two, everyone else there sucked. After abstaining from forums for a while, I found NL, and the rest is history.

I started using the webz for more than just AIM (I had AOL back then) and school was just a few years ago, 3, I think.

Well we got a computer when I was in the fifth or sixth grade, and I used to use it for fanfiction and looking at art... This is my first real forum, though I think I have accounts at a few others. I dunno. I spend more time on the computer now than I used to, that's for sure. =/

In this day and age they finally have porno versions of youtube and it's hardcore porn too. Back in the day you had to just go through google images after turning off the family filter. What more reason is there to be in the internet:rolleyes:

Yeah, I'm pretty much the same as Brooke. I was probably reading fanfiction for a couple of years before I started checking out forums and such. This was my first forum, if I remember correctly, followed directly afterwards by NF as well so...yeah.

I was pretty noobish back in the day. No grammar. Lots of smileys. Lol after almost every sentence.

@BK-Word. That's pretty much the only reason I use the computer a lot more than I used to. Fuck yeah, streaming pr0n!

@Kat-God dammit. I still use too many smile face things, except I bust out the text based ones because I'm cool like that. Horrible habit I picked up from playing Final Fantasy XI. See, so many people were idiots on that game, and you have to work with them to get anything done. So I used the smile faces to hide my RAGE at their incompetence.
