How can I get the full software from any installed application?
 

Hi,

Suppose I have already installed a software with my computer in any OS like Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. The software disk is not held with me now. I need to format my computer. But, I wish to get back the whole software into a disk or in a hard disk to be extracted from the installed application. Is it possible? If so, how could I do this?

k lemme get this stragiht.... u have an application/software installed on your computer riight from a cd, and because u dunt have the cd with u and u need to format ur computer, u r wondering if there is a way to burn said application on to a disc?

k so i have heard of no way to do tht. if the software didnt come with ur computer then i dont think there is a way,..well none that im aware of at least,...i could be wrong of course so dunt take my answer as concrete... the only solution would be for u to jus redownlaod it off the internet if its possible, most programs nowadays can be found online

In order to avoid this situation in future, i recommend that when u do get your hands on the original disc, make an image of it, an ISO version which u can put on an external hard drive so tht u dunt need the cd to install it every time...programs such as Roxio and daemon tools etc can create/read ISOs
