I suspect this bot is trying to capitalize (somehow without ads) on the somewhat famous name of Dr. Adam Greenway. Or, Dr. Greenway loves using questionable marketing schemes to promote his new book.

Maybe they're not ad bots, and are instead troll bots. And they post in the wrong section purposely while saying "I hope this is in the right section lolololol." Hoping it would make someone rage.
