I really don't think Sasuke could beat Naruto right now.

Danzo had 10 sharingan eyes, plus Shisui's.
We still don't know if Karin is dead or not.

Sasuke can be stopped.
But not easily.
Sasuke IS really powerful.
But so is Naruto.

I would like to see how Sasanoo stacks up to Rasishuriken. A devastating technique against a devastating defense. Not to mention Naruto isn't the easiest person to hit with his flawless use of shadow clones. It's definitely going to be a great fight.

I honestly think Sasuke's intentions aren't what Itachi were really aiming for. Itachi wanted Sasuke to have enough power to protect himself. Itachi wanted Sasuke to only take revenge on him and he wanted to die by his hand. He wanted Sasuke to have Mangekyou sharingan. I agree with Itachi's decisions but Sasuke's intentions are completely fucked. But, If madara hadn't told Sasuke the truth, then what do you think his intentions would be? Would he have went back to Konoha then?

Actually The Sage Of The Six Paths is considered to be the strongest ninja ever, Sasuke is nothing compared to him. The sage of the six paths was the Jinchuriki of the Jubi, and he had the Rinnegan which is stronger than the sharingan and the raikage kicked Sasuke's butt which proves he is not as strong as everyone thought. Second of all, Sasuke is not "leagues ahead of Naruto". Naruto might be stronger as noted by Zetsu. Also Sasuke is gradually going blind, so he might lose all his Mangakio techniques, and Sasuke does not have as much chakra as Naruto, Naruto I think can out last Sasuke.
