This is a 3D anime based off of a manga from the 80's. It's pretty good. This is actually a Youtube duplicate as the Japanese company is playing "You is from country not Japanese, you no get see."

It's a Soldiers of Fortune esque war anime. Crank it up to HD cuz it looks awesome.
