The precedent being set by baseball admitting bunts were gay in 2007. The Onion is great... I need to watch more of their work.

I have seen the first two eps during their regular airing. I could actually see something like in the first one happening though to a lesser extent. Were the young hotshots of basketball wanted to rewrite the rules to make the game flashier. Corporate overlords bending to the will of the new popular stars of the game.
