You can just tell that the last big fight between naruto and sasuke will be naruto eradicating sasukes hatrid then sasuke proposes that 2 finger hand shake and off they go to beat the final villain

How nice, so Sasuke has been consumed with hate ever since. Well that's no shocker, flashback was decent enough.

Quite amusing at the end there with Naruto looking straight into the nine tails eyes, very amusing.

I already pointed that out in the 538 prediction thread, I guess you missed my post.

For this chapter... why? The only things it adds are chibi rookie nins and the stupid hand seals. Why Kishi bothered to waste an whole chapter on this, we may never know.

Huh. Somewhat interesting... but you know what would have been better? If this had been an actual chapter back at the beginning rather than drag it up now. Still, explains the holding fingers and reminds us of the sentimental crap Kishi is going to pull for the Sasuke vs. Naruto fight (make the form of combat, fight, die fingers locked like Romeo and Juliet).

The Kyuubi was a bit talkative. Didn't think the Bijuu got that desperate. Maybe its the translation, but it seemed out of character. Better to see Naruto in full control - trapping the Kyuubi inside himself is probably one of the more impressive things Naruto has done in 100 chapters or so.

And we have to wait another week to see what Madara and others are up to. Was hoping for a little of that rather than suck the entire chapter to a long flashback.

LOL. The way naruto made the "come here boy" motion with his fingers, and the kyuubi came over like a well trained dog, seemed way out of character for the kyuubi. That's the same thing Itachi use to do to sasuke back in the day, with the forehead poke. So the kyuubi has just been brought down to the level of a 10 year old boy. /weak

I'm not surprised, he seems to mix a lot of concepts for each other, like brotherhood for unrequited love, among others.

Now that I've reread the chapter because of your link, I saw that Naruto's goggles have romaji saying, Captain obvious moment by Kishi, NARUTO. Even if they didn't in chapter 1.
