Please don't spam it's completely unrelated to the topic so yes it is spam and questions go here and I'm sure searching that section for post pictures will give you an answer anywho yeah posting pictures I'll use my sig as an example:

You upload the picture on ww.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com and then get the URL for the picture and put it in [IMG] tags as you can see I put asterisks to show you how it should look but you should remove them, if I remove them I get:
