no he said when congress showed a bill that gave a strategy to end the war without looking like pussies then he would vito it, but he is a war president and possibly a war profitter which would make him a criminal. but he has set up a system where he can not only control the country but each and every american also, almost 100% of americans dont relize that Osama got away scott free, and that the bush family is wealthier then ever
