It seems kind of silly that there is going to be a new arc, because unless I am mistaken the reason everyone thought the manga went on hiatus for a while was so that the anime could catch up. I don't know if that reason has changed or what, but if that is the case why not just continue with the manga and let the anime catch up. I am not saying that it is a good idea for the anime to catch up but I am just curious of the reason for the hiatus in the manga.
