I wouldn't say kabuto was as good as Kakashi but almost as good sounds better. But now he probably as good as Kakashi. I think Yamato would after a long fight because of Kabuto's self healing jutsu.

P.S I think Kakashi would win against Yamato for two reasons Yamato calls him sampia(forget how to spell it)and the Sharingan.
