I'd have to say, my favorite pairing in Naruto would be SasuHina. Sasuke is cold hearted and revengeful, and Hinata could change that ^.^ Opposites, even though they seem the same.
But through canon pairings, I'd say well its not much canon but NaruSaku. They're so cute together, since they're teammates and all
