Yes. That's why it said [NB] instead of [DB]. They're speed-subbers, but I've heard that they're accurate enough for a download if you're not into waiting for DB's release. NB = Narutobuzz/Ninjabuzz btw. I believe Narutobuzz also does scanlations of the manga as well.

Also, uploading the sub to MU now. I'll get to Veoh right afterward. (MU uploads faster than Veoh)
