Thanks and I was wondering the same thing about them.
If had to choose from what we have seen, Temari and Shikamaru would be the obvious duo to have any type of a relationship outside of the Ninja world they live in.
Yet I wonder if it's possible for Shinobi from different villages to have relationships. They would automatically have stuff to hide from each other, that spells doom for nearly all relationships.
