SO THIS IS WHY WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THIS CRAP ABOUT NEW ABILITIES AND SHIT!!! STOP THE OVERPOWERED MADNESS!!!
He planned this from the beginning probably. I mean at least from the second fight sasuke and Naruto do. that was a while ago. but I think it has accelerated.
