Miburo, just because someone doesn't necessarily care enough to get someone banned or take offense to something someone said over the internet doesn't mean it was okay to be said.

Edit: On a more rule abiding note, so all this really accomplishes is giving idiots more chances before getting banned? It seems like this is just a way to appease the flamers by giving them the oppurtunity to lessen the flame a little.
