Every ninja, willingly or not, had to see some bloody scenes in their line of job. It's simply the nature of what they do, they are. Although we did not seen it, in manga or anime, in her ninja carrier she must have had many missions, and certainly some of them was battles with rival ninjas that includes serious injuries, blood and dying. I believe she could sustained it.

On the second thought, maybe medicine would not be her first choice.
