the more proper way to say it is "Ich heisse Nic, Ich esse jungen und madchen, was gibts" directly translates to "I am named Nic, I eat young boys and girls, whats up? although wie gehts is comparable in meaning, your direct translation is i am nic(this would refer to nick as a thing not a name) i eat children(i put Jungen und madchen because im not shure if kinder means kids) whats up"

it means the same thing mine is just more proper ;P
