hmm...is it easier to crash 3 planes, fabricate 12 or so people, and blame it on Al Quaeda, or to protect a 1,952 mile border, poverty (that's been problematic since the beginning of civilization), and illegal drug trafficking? hmm...I'm going to go ahead and say the first one.
