all right this is a fanclub for all fans of tobi

! anyone can join...but there are some rules:

1.NO SPAMMING!!!(there is a section for that and it's called "the spam zone"!)
2.NO FLAMING TOBI OR OTHER MEMBERS!!!(Tobi is too awesome to flame anyway

3.NO ADVERTISING!!!(seriously wtf?!)
4.BE NICE TO PHIL!!!(Ok this really isn't a rule but still XD! by the way Phil is my pet emo taco zombie...rawr

ok now that we got that out of the way I just have one last thing to add: if anyone has photoshop or something like it will u plz make a banner? I don't have the software(or talent for that matter XD!) to make one!
