Juugo may perish, I agree there is no way to control him, but his bird always watches out for Sasuke so he will be the first Hebi team member to know the battle is over, also Kisame is a suspect in the the sabotage in the Uchiha Battle... who knew besided Kisame, and possibly Madera that this fight was going to take place, nobody else except team Hebi knew of this and they had zero access to sabotage Itachi...but as I stated once, Itachi spoke of disdain 'Madera is a shell of his former self', and now we have the Madera diss 'Sasuke won, who would of guessed that, Not!!' to his supposed best student, that assisted him in wiping out the Uchiha clan... this is the same Madera with these awesome powers that allowed Deidara, and Itachi personally to perish, basically feeding them to Sasuke, why??? Not one member of the Akatsuki should be dead right now, not one. If I were a member, I'd wonder if not a leader when my time was coming.

Itachi, Sasuke, has had their sharingan activated, de-activated, and MS, nothing solid or consistent like Kakashi, because he can't turn his off, I don't believe Madera is under the same restraint, but he activated his he's about to do something, the chapter just ended.
