Ok.... How about,....uh....The Pakuru(Poc-u-ru) Clan!

Keke Genki: The abbility to block any Chakra flow by looking at a chakra point. You must be a Hyuga clan member, like me, to do this. Whitch mean's you must be able to use the Beyakugan.
