I don't think Katara should stay with either. In this last episode we saw Maiko undying love.
So I doubt Zutara is gonna happen. And Kataang would just be weird. She's like a foot taller than him. In Shippuuden terms (for those who still watch it), it'd be like Sakura going out with Konohamaru.
